GROWING INTO FULL MATURITY

Matthew 5: 48 “You, therefore, must be perfect [growing into complete maturity of godliness in mind and character, having reached the proper height of virtue and integrity], as your heavenly Father is perfect.”

Colossians 1: 10 “That you may walk (live and conduct yourselves) in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him and desiring to please Him in all things, bearing fruit in every good work and steadily growing and increasing in and by the knowledge of God [with fuller, deeper, and clearer insight, acquaintance, and recognition].”

I was praying when I heard Daddy God telling me that He wants all His children to grow into full maturity. He said that He wants His people to hunger more spiritually and long to know Him more. Being born again is not enough. We have to grow into full maturity. We have to be like Jesus. Just as a child cannot grow physically without proper food, if we do not eat spiritually we will die.

1 Peter 2:2 “Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation”

When we became born again, we yearn for the Lord. Just like a new baby who is yearning for its mother’s milk, newly born again Christians yearn for the simple truths of the gospel. But we must not remain being spiritual babies. Babies have no responsibility. Others feed you, clothe you, and change your diaper. Babies are born to grow up and be productive. Likewise, we are born again, so we can become mature Christians, serving the Lord.

Psalm 92:12 “The [uncompromisingly] righteous shall flourish like the palm tree [be long-lived, stately, upright, useful, and fruitful]; they shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon [majestic, stable, durable, and incorruptible].”

Matthew 4:4 “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.”

Many Christians are not growing and they became stagnant. Many are contented on just going to church every Sunday and hearing what their pastors preached. Some do not even go to church. We should all get back to God. Get back on your knees and pray. Our prayer time should increase and not decrease. Don’t reason out that you don’t have time. You don’t have time because you chose not to have time. We have time for other things, but we don’t have time for the Lord? It is by prayer and by reading His Word that we get to know His ways. We will know Him more by prayer and spending time in His presence.

The body needs enough food to live. The more we grow, the more we tend to eat more foods. Likewise, our spirit needs food. As we grow more spiritually, we will long for more spiritually meat and we will always want to be in God’s presence. Daddy God said that He is limitless. He will give us more revelations, more spiritual food and more spiritually gifts. We should not settle for milk. Milk is for babies. We should be eating meat. We should be eating solid spiritual food. He will give more spiritual food to us if we spend more time with Him.

Hebrews 5:12-14 “For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the basic principles of the oracles of God. You need milk, not solid food, for everyone who lives on milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a child. But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.”

Do we eat once a week? We all know we need food. We want it every day, regularly, several times a day. Likewise, we cannot grow spiritually without feeding on God’s Word. We should feed on God’s Word every day, several times a day. Christians need regular nourishment from God’s word to grow. Isn’t it nice to see a child grows? Daddy God wants to see us grow. It is His delight to see us grow. If we loved Him, we will not choose to remain stationary. We should grow in His grace moving forward on to maturity.

Hebrews 6:1-2 “Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, and of instruction about washings, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.”

Ephesians 4:11-14  “And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.”

Christians, why are you asleep?

Many Christians are telling the unbelievers to awake because the return of the Lord draws near. But many do not know what it means to be awake for the Lord. Many do not realize that is us Christians who are really asleep. In Jonah chapter 1, Jonah tried to run away from God after he received a message to go to Nineveh. Instead of obeying God, he went down into the ship to go with the mariners to Tarshish.

1 Now the word of the Lord came to Jonah son of Amittai, saying, 2 Arise, go to [b]Nineveh, that great city, and proclaim against it, for their wickedness has come up before Me. 3 But Jonah rose up to flee to Tarshish from being in the presence of the Lord [as His prophet] and went down to Joppa and found a ship going to Tarshish [the most remote of the Phoenician trading places then known]. So he paid the appointed fare and went down into the ship to go with them to Tarshish from being in the presence of the Lord [as His servant and minister].

Nineveh was the capital of Assyria, Israel’s enemy. Perhaps, Jonah was thinking that if Nineveh be spared, they might be a threat to his nation. But he was not obeying God. Daddy God wanted him to warn Nineveh of their impending doom so they can repent. It is not the will of God that anyone should perish but all come to repentance. But instead of obeying God, he ran away from His presence.

Many among us are contented with our lives because we know that we are saved. But Daddy God didn’t just save us so we can be in heaven. He saved us so He can use us to pray for others and to preach the gospel. Perhaps, many among us are like Jonah. We know that many are perishing but what are we doing? Instead of doing the will of God we run away from Him and do what we want. Many are contented to go to church once a week and then go back to their own lives living comfortably. We say that we are Christians, but if we really are, we will bear more fruits, we will be a light to others, and we will lead many souls to Jesus.

“But the Lord sent out a great wind upon the sea, and there was a violent tempest on the sea so that the ship was about to be broken. 5 Then the mariners were afraid, and each man cried to his god; and they cast the goods that were in the ship into the sea to lighten it for them. But Jonah had gone down into the inner part of the ship and had lain down and was fast asleep. 6 So the captain came and said to him, What do you mean, you sleeper? Arise, call upon your God! Perhaps your God will give a thought to us so that we shall not perish.”

320038_633773756638230_861638004_n

Jonah was inside the ship fast asleep. It was the mariners that were telling Jonah to Awake! “What do you mean, you sleeper? Arise, call upon your God!” Many do not realize that it is us Christians who are sleeping. The mariners will perish because Jonah was sleeping inside the ship. In a sense, those around us will perish. Our families, our friends, our co-workers will perish because we remain asleep. Instead of praying, we are doing other things and we are preoccupied with our jobs and our problems. We are not staying focused on the Lord.

8 “Then they said to him, Tell us, we pray you, on whose account has this evil come upon us? What is your occupation? Where did you come from? And what is your country and nationality? 9 And he said to them, I am a Hebrew, and I [reverently] fear and worship the Lord, the God of heaven, Who made the sea and the dry land. 10 Then the men were exceedingly afraid and said to him, What is this that you have done? For the men knew that he fled from being in the presence of the Lord [as His prophet and servant], because he had told them.”

Jonah confessed that he was a Hebrew and he said that he reverently fear and worship the Lord, the God who made the heavens and the earth. He said that he feared God but why did he tried to run away from His presence? Many are saying that we fear God but if we really fear Him we will not run away from His presence. If we fear Him, we will obey the Lord and we will do what He tells us to do no matter what the cost. If we fear Him, we should no longer be sinning. We cannot win souls if what we are saying is different from what we do.

15 “So they took up Jonah and cast him into the sea, and the sea ceased from its raging. 16 Then the men [reverently and worshipfully] feared the Lord exceedingly, and they offered a sacrifice to the Lord and made vows. 17 Now the Lord had prepared and appointed a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights.”

Prophet Jonah finally recognized the will of God when he was swallowed by a large fish. He remained inside the belly of a large fish for three days. The fish vomited him on the dry land after he had learned his lessons. In the same way, we will remain in our problems and trials until we learn to obey God. The longer we resist Daddy God, the longer our agony will be. It is during our difficult times that we learn to trust and obey the Lord.

jonah and the fish

45 And when He got up from prayer, He came to the disciples and found them sleeping from grief, 46 And He said to them, Why do you sleep? Get up and pray that you may not enter [at all] into temptation.

On the Mount Olives, the Lord was praying but He found out that the disciples were sleeping. We are sleeping when we do not pray. We are sleeping if there are other things in our list that is more important than spending time with the Lord. And if we do not pray we will fall into temptation.

36 “[Watch, I say] lest He come suddenly and unexpectedly and find you asleep.” Mark 13:36

THE BATTLE IS NOT YOURS BUT GOD’S

2 Chr 20:15 “He said, Hearken, all Judah, you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you King Jehoshaphat. The Lord says this to you: Be not afraid or dismayed at this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.”

In 2 Chronicles 20, a great multitude came against the Israelites. King Jehoshaphat was afraid because the army approaching them was indeed a mighty one and beyond what he would be able to handle. But despite of it, He sought the Lord with all his heart. He proclaimed a fast in all Judah and all of the people gathered together to ask help from the Lord. And Jehoshaphat stood in the assembly of Judah and Jerusalem in the house of the Lord and he prayed.

“And said, O Lord, God of our fathers, are You not God in heaven? And do You not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations? In Your hand are power and might, so that none is able to withstand You. 7 Did not You, O our God, drive out the inhabitants of this land before Your people Israel and give it forever to the descendants of Abraham Your friend? 8 They dwelt in it and have built You a sanctuary in it for Your Name, saying, 9 If evil comes upon us, the sword of judgment, or pestilence, or famine, we will stand before this house and before You–for Your Name [and the symbol of Your presence] is in this house–and cry to You in our affliction, and You will hear and save. 10 And now behold, the men of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, whom You would not let Israel invade when they came from the land of Egypt, and whom they turned from and did not destroy– 11 Behold, they reward us by coming to drive us out of Your possession which You have given us to inherit. 12 O our God, will You not exercise judgment upon them? For we have no might to stand against this great company that is coming against us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon You.” 2 Chronicles 20:6-12

The King cried out to Daddy God “We have no might to stand against this great company that is coming against us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are upon You.” How many among us are setting our eyes to the LORD when we are facing problems? How many have realized that the battle is not our battle but God’s?

What do we do when life seems so hard? What do we do when there seems to be no way out or when we are worried or afraid? What should we do when we are in distress or when we are facing obstacles? Do we complain? Do we panic? Do we begin to doubt and run for a quick solution? Or do we go to the Lord in prayer, humility and trust? Our character will be revealed when we face problems. Some of us are complaining and doubting Daddy God. And we often let fear creeps into our hearts. There was a time when I was overwhelmed with fear and doubt and Daddy God asked me, “Child, when did I forsake you?” I thought for a while and realized that there is no single instance that the Lord left me nor did He abandon me.

Fear should have nothing to do for the children of God. When we trust in God, there is no need to fear. Whoever fears has not been perfected by His love. We must stop looking at our circumstances. The circumstances can only give us fear and doubt. Our focus must be unto Jesus. Our eyes must be fixed unto Him so when we behold Him, all our fears, all the problems and all the pain vanish in the light of His glory. Jesus had given us salvation. Will He do any less for us when we face difficulties in our life? Surely not!

Yes, the battle is the Lord’s but we have a part. What was the part of King Jehoshaphat and God’s people? Their part is to pray and to seek the Lord as their vital need. Their part is to trust Daddy God to deliver them from their enemies. In the same way, our part is done on our knees and in prayer. Only then can Daddy God give us victory to overcome. How many of us are fighting the way Daddy God wants us to fight? Some of us rather vegetate and do other things than to offer sacrifices of a broken and contrite heart in prayer. The true warriors of God are the ones who spend time on their knees praying. We should not fight any battle in the strength of our own arms. It is the Lord who helps us and only in Him can we be victorious.

“With him is an arm of flesh, but with us is the Lord our God to help us and to fight our battles. And the people relied on the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.” 2 Chr 32:8

“And all this assembly shall know that the Lord saves not with sword and spear; for the battle is the Lord’s, and He will give you into our hands.” 1 Samuel 17:47

You MUST receive the Holy Spirit – Pastor Kim, Yong Doo

2011. 2. 4 (second service)
Acts 2:1-4 AND WHEN the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all assembled together in one place,2When suddenly there came a sound from heaven like the rushing of a violent tempest blast, and it filled the whole house in which they were sitting.3And there appeared to them tongues resembling fire, which were separated and distributed and which settled on each one of them.4And they were all filled (diffused throughout their souls) with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other (different, foreign) languages (tongues), as the Spirit kept giving them clear and loud expression [in each tongue in appropriate words].

Acts 1:7-8
7He said to them, It is not for you to become acquainted with and know what time brings [the things and events of time and their definite periods] or fixed years and seasons (their critical niche in time), which the Father has appointed (fixed and reserved) by His own choice and authority and personal power. 8But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem and all Judea and Samaria and to the ends (the very bounds) of the earth.

Within the food chain, there is a “natural enemy” in the ecosystem. In order to prevent a particular animal from reproducing infinitely, God created a natural enemy to control the number of animals on the earth. He created a natural enemy for all living creatures except man to balance and be in harmony with the natural world.

In the spiritual realm, Christians have a natural enemy as well. An obstructive relationship is formed with the evil spirits. The evil spirits drag and throw ambiguous souls who do not know God to the bottomless pit of hell. God has given me a mission to expose the operations of hell. For this mission, I had to first learn how to tolerate and endure the pain of my physical body. As the demons traverse around the world like as if it is their house, do you know how many Christians are being legally deceived and deluded by the demons?

DO YOU KNOW WHO FEEDS THE DEMONS? IT IS US WHO FEEDS THEM. We commit sin and open the pathway for demons to legally come in to us. But then, we blame all the wrong doings on the demons and we give all kind of excuses. If you have a spirit of anger that particular spirit will prompt you to get angry. But instead of suppressing that moment of anger, if you decide to burst out in anger, you have just fed the spirit of anger in you. Demons are like parasites. They live in us as they feed on us. Do you have a spirit of lust? Then you must know that if you think of lustful thoughts and perform lustful behavior, you are now feeding the spirit of lust. Do not blame your actions on the devil or demons. YOU MUST UTILIZE EVERY EFFORT AND UTILIZE ALL OF YOUR STRENGTH TO CRUCIFY ALL OF YOUR DISPOSITION AND DESIRES OF THE FLESH ON THE CROSS! You must be broken! You must be fully changed!

The churches gather together and do bible studies. They do disciple training and through this process they also raise seminary students. There are too many churches and pastors only teaching salvation and how it is easily obtained. BUT SALVATION IS NOT SO EASILY OBTAINED! They would use scripture such as Romans 10:10 For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.” There will be no one who cannot be saved if we only have to confess it with our mouth the Lord is our Savior once in our life time. When I had visited hell, I witnessed the countless number of Christians who were in the bottomless pit of hell.

Please read Galatians 5:20-21, Idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, JEALOUSY, anger (ill temper), selfishness, divisions (dissensions), party spirit (factions, sects with peculiar opinions, heresies), Envy, drunkenness, carousing, and the like. I warn you beforehand, just as I did previously, that those who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. How can it be clearer than this that they cannot inherit the kingdom of God? This explains the condition of Christians who cannot enter heaven. We must always check ourselves. Are we in any of those conditions? There are too many Christians who have falsely secured themselves with salvation after they had just and only confessed the Lord is their Savior. But that is very wrong. They think salvation is so easy.

YOU AND I MUST GO BEFORE GOD DAILY WITH A TREMBLING REVERENT HEART FOR YOUR SALVATION. In my past experience with the Lord, when the Lord showed me different churches, He compliments certain churches by saying, “Ah! I’m so pleased, I am very pleased~” But when He looked at the other churches, I see the wrath in His eyes; I saw the flaming fire from the Lord’s eyes.

One time, a African girl was invited to one of the churches in America. She was gifted with spiritual eyes. She was able to witness what was going on in the spiritual realm. As she came up on the church pulpit to give her testimony, she became frozen. As she held the microphone with one hand she could not speak a word. The people in the church gazed at her face. The African girl had a fearful facial expression. She was trembling!! The pastor of the church asked her why she wouldn’t speak; she then barely opened her mouth.

When she came up to the church pulpit, the Lord showed her a scene and it shocked her, and she became afraid. Oh my brethren, can you even guess what she had saw? The faces of people in the church all had faces of wolves. When those church people got together, they were busy back biting and slandering one another. They would gather within their own sub groups and cause divisions. They all even acted like wolves as if they were looking for a prey to tear down. The Lord then showed the other part of the church members. The other part of the church members had a face of a pig. Those people only knew about their possession such as money. They were greedy for money. This is the look of the modern church! Our churches are in a big danger!

The Lord commanded had me to thoroughly keep Sundays Holy with proper tithing. In today times, the pastors and their congregations throughout most churches freely spend money on Sundays to entertain themselves. They spend for their luxury and to please themselves. They dine out and go shopping on the Lord’s Day. Please read Matthew 5:17, “Do not think that I have come to do away with or undo the Law or the Prophets; I have come not to do away with or undo but to complete and fulfill them.”

I have witnessed a countless number of Christians being thrown into the pit of hell. I do not care if anyone tells me that I’m in a cult. I would be more than happy to be called a cult if people do not have to go to hell.

Keeping Sundays holy with proper tithing is not a just a law but it is a commandment! God in fact came not to undo the law but to fulfill them. Even if we cast out demons and manifest God’s power, if we break the law (10 commandment), we will end up in hell. Please read Matthew 7:23, “And then I will say to them openly (publicly), I never knew you; depart from Me, you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands].” He commanded them to depart from Him! It does not matter how beautifully one confesses their faith to God. If our confessions are not assisted by God, then our confessions are only human creed.

Look at Peter. (John 13:37) He confessed passionately to the Lord that He will lay down his life for the Lord. But remember, even before the Lord was actually crucified on the cross, he denied Him three times. A confession without the Holy Spirit’s help is only human creed. After Jesus was crucified on the cross, Peter was devastated. He went back to his home town to be a fisherman once again. Since Peter was a central leader among the other disciples, when Peter was shaken by devastation, the other disciples also went back to their home town as well.

So then the Lord came to Peter. After He had prepared lunch, He asked Peter three times, “The son of John Simon, do you love me?” Even though Peter denied the Lord three times, He did not rebuke Peter but instead He checked his love for Him. But Jesus already knew Peter’s heart. He was asking Peter that ‘Peter! Do you possess the faith in you that I can work with?’

Even though Peter had denied the Lord three times, the next step was waiting for Peter. The day of Pentecost was waiting for him. The incident when thousands of people had repented through Peter after he was full of the Holy Spirit. The Lord was asking, ‘just because you had denied Me, how long will you be in self pity? You must go and feed my sheep!’. So what should we do? We must come before the Lord and we must be on our knees! The next step is waiting for us. You must not wander around between the day of Pentecost and the day of resurrection.

What would the Lord say about the modern churches who have made the churches into cafés and a sports center? He would say, ‘why would you stubbornly keep such a service in which I will not manifest Myself  or My work?’ THE ECCENCE OF THE CHURCH IS TO OVERCOME THE POWER OF HELL! The Church must be a church where people can spiritually live righteously, and be changed through prayer. But in these last days, the people go to the church to rest and relax. The church is now perverted into the place to hold meetings of their pleasure. It has become a bazaar place. If the humanistic pastors capture the church, the essence of the church will become dim. They will all go under and perish.

Your family can be blessed if you act and move yourself first. You must start first. The word of the Lord must be pierced into your heart. You must be changed first. In order to receive the power of the Holy Spirit, you must prepare yourself. Even though the Holy Spirit lives in you, He will not do the things that you have to do or required to do. You must pray. You must change. These things are the things YOU must do. When you try and you put in all of your effort, God will grant you strength to perform and overcome. God will not touch our freewill. God did not make us into robots. God respects our freewill as much as possible. The moment we believe onto Jesus our Lord, we instantly became spiritual soldier and we have to engage into the spiritual battle ground. The test is now waiting for us.

The moment we believe in Jesus, the trials, tribulation and tests will be waiting for us. As you go spiritually go deeper, the stronger test will also come. If you are not prepared to go through discipline, you will not be able to receive the power of the Holy Spirit. If you receive the power of the Holy Spirit, you will be witnessing Jesus Christ to people without hesitation. You will become bold. You will be able to boldly preach the gospel even at the places where there is a presence of absolute (negative) force. But current day Christians have lost their identity. If we cannot handle and fulfill the mission as a Christian, how can we enter into heaven?

There must always be the devil’s blood on our swords. We must have his blood on our Holy sword of word and prayer. We must bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit which is “Love”, “Joy”, “Peace”, “Patience”, “Kindness”, “Goodness”, “Faithfulness”, “Gentleness”, “and “Self-control”. The churches and individuals must prepare thoroughly in order to receive the power of Holy Spirit. But if our character is not changed, even if God granted us the power of the Holy Spirit, it is more likely to be perverted (degenerated). Even though you receive the gifts, there is a possibility for you of going to hell.

Unless we resemble the Lord’s character who loved us unto the death of the cross, all the gifts we receive will be only in vain. By the grace of God, even after a person received the power of the Holy Spirit and if a person’s character still does not resemble Jesus Christ, that person is a fake! I witnessed so many people in hell who had visited heaven by the grace of God, they had received the gift of prophecy, spiritual insight, a gift of healing and all other types of gifts but they ended up in hell.

After we received the power of the Holy Spirit, if we use it to earn money or use our gifts to judge and condemn others, I know where that person is heading when he dies. We must claim the promise of God which is in the bible. We must claim it as ours and we must target the promise of God. We must grab His promise into our palm. Please, create the circumstances, Lord. If you pray for the condition or circumstances which God can work, it will be created.

In the early Church, even though they classified saints by their position, all of them possessed the same power of God. All the people at the Lord’s church (South Korea) are all Fire ministers. In the book of Joel 2:29, “Even upon the menservants and upon the maidservants in those days will I pour out My Spirit.” After Jesus was ascended to heaven, He promised to send Holy Spirit. In order to receive the Holy Spirit, they must not leave the Jerusalem.

We must have victory over our desires of the flesh and we must struggle to live according to the word of God. This way, the condition which God can work in us will be created. In order to be filled with the Holy Spirit, we must put down which we used to depend on and maked our decisions. Read Acts 19:2, “And he asked them, Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed [on Jesus as the Christ]? And they said, No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.”

Those two disciples knew gospel but did not know about the Holy Spirit. Even though we know scripture, if we do not claim it as ours and experience it, all the work of the Holy Spirit in the book is irrelevant to us. In order to experience the power of the Holy Spirit, we must claim it with our prayer before God. When are we desperate for the Light? When it is most dark. If you do God’s work without the power of the Holy Spirit, your work will be vague and will stray from the core. You must accurately discern your problem which you are facing now. You must cling on to the core. In order to see through the core, you must be filled with Holy Spirit.

When Elijah brought the Fire from heaven, what was the fire burning on? Water caught the Fire. The impossible was then possible. The Holy Fire dried and sucked up the water. Fire will not come down on an empty alter. You must become a sacrifice in order for the Holy Fire to engulf us. You must become a sacrificial offering in our work places and businesses. We must have a whole hearted dedication of sacrifice.

Even though this is the age of Holy Spirit’s unlimited power, it looks like His power has been exhausted. Brethrens, the forces of demons are unlimitedly multiplying; people who believe in Jesus can’t even properly receive the power of Holy Spirit and be multiplied! You must powerfully pray in faith. Do not boast your faith just with your mere word, but you must observe within yourself if God’s power is practically being manifested in and from you! Whatever you do, do it with love of the Lord.

In order to understand the supreme order or counsel of Jesus, you must receive the Holy Spirit. When you have properly received the power of the Holy Spirit, the proper vision (your mission) will be given to you by God. When we are baptize by the power of Holy Spirit, we can become the Lord’s witness and will go to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the end of the land. We are God’s living vessel. We must receive the power of Holy Spirit so that we can powerfully spread out gospel.

When we cry out in prayer with faith, the Holy Spirit will lead us into the deeper part of the spiritual realm and will pour down the power. I pray that you will unceasingly pray with endurance. Amen.

NOW IS THE TIME TO GROW

“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

Daddy God said, “The coming days will be so hard and almost everyone will choose to turn their backs on Me. Only those who are trained by Me, those who did not resist but perseveres under trials, those who are not clinging dearly in their comfort zones will be able to overcome the coming days.”

I don’t know when will it happen or when will be those days that Daddy God is talking about. But He had impressed on me that we must prepare. He is strengthening His children through trials, sufferings and tribulations so that when the time comes, it will not be hard for us to endure for the coming days of darkness.

Maybe there are some of us who are under life’s difficulties now and are struggling hard but He said that we must take heart. What we are experiencing now is for our own benefit. It will strengthen us. It will mold us to become a stronger vessel that will not break easily when being thrown down.

Daddy God said that many will fall away because they are accustomed to a comfortable life. Most of us now are comfortable in our homes, and not under persecutions like before when all Christians were being killed and were in hiding, but still most of us are complaining to God about our problems. How are we going to endure if the situation requires us to leave our homes, or to be out of food, or to be in danger, or to be persecuted as we professed our faith? If we cannot endure our personal tribulations now, how do we think that we may be able to overcome the coming dark days?

We must take this opportunity now to grow more into maturity. We must not resist God’s tests for it brings forth lessons. Yes many times we are hurt, we groan, we weep. But during those times we pray, we trust, we grow and we learn. We must remember that when trials come we must do what is right no matter what and we must take refuge in God. We must find our hiding place in Him where we are always safe.

Whenever I feel hopeless and the problems seems to pile up, I often say to myself, “My Savior had endured all for me, can I not be able to do it also? He endured a lot of sufferings because He loves me and if I say that I love Him, I must also prove it!”

“Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you.But rejoice insofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed.” 1 Peter 4:12-13

“Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” James 1:2-4

“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? Romans 8:35

Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.” Romans 12:12

ALL GLORY TO GOD!

Pray for your Church

“Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood.” Acts 20:28

While I was praying, Daddy God had mentioned the condition of His churches today. He said that there are people who were once members of certain churches and then they left their church when they had disputes with the pastors, or the members, or the teachings of the church. He said, “I did not ask them to leave but to pray for their church.” He said that many people left their church without His permission. Some have abandoned their church because of hatred, or because of misunderstandings, or because they have spotted some wrong teachings in their church. If the Lord tells us to leave, then you can freely leave and go to the church where He leads you. You must go or stay as the Lord leads.

“Why not rather suffer wrong? Why not rather be defrauded? 8 But you yourselves wrong and defraud—even your own brothers!” 1 Corinthians 6:7-8

There are people who left their church and they become their church enemies. Some would compare their old church to their new church. And some would spread destructive words about their old church. Where is love in the Body of Christ? Why not intercede for your church? Daddy God said that we must pray for our churches. If someone thinks that he knows more about the truth, then that person must show it through his actions and his love for his church instead of just leaving the church. Let His light shine so that others may see Jesus in you. If you would just immediately leave the church, then how about the other souls in that church who may need your help? Many problems relating to the churches and instances of strife and gossiping can be altered if we will just pray for our church. Pray for the churches as a whole, the church, the body of Christ.

JESUS said, “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” (John 17:20-21)

Lord, we humble ourselves under Your mighty hand. Forgive us for our sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.  We pray for our church, the Body of Christ. We pray we all speak the same thing, with no divisions among us, standing fast in one spirit, striving together for the faith. That we’re not carried about with various and strange doctrines, but we study, rightly dividing the word of truth. That we become not murmurers, complainers, walking after our own lusts, but are rich in good works, ready to give and willing to share. We pray that the whole body be knit and joined together, and that every part does its share causing growth to the body. As each one has received a gift, let him minister it, looking out for the interests of others. Let us all fervently love one another with a pure heart, so that we do not lose the things we have worked for. Amen.

ALL GLORY TO GOD!

The Battle is the Lord’s

Proverbs 21:31 (AMP) The horse is prepared for the day of battle, but deliverance and victory are of the Lord.

Deuteronomy 20:1 WHEN YOU go forth to battle against your enemies and see horses and chariots and an army greater than your own, do not be afraid of them, for the Lord your God, Who brought you out of the land of Egypt, is with you.

1 Samuel 17:47 And all this assembly shall know that the Lord saves not with sword and spear; for the battle is the Lord’s, and He will give you into our hands.

In today’s time, we all hear people telling each other that the battle is the Lord’s. This is very true. The battle is the Lord’s. But in the OT, the saints of God still had to go battle and fight. The Lord would give the victory but His people had to step out and perform. In many times, it was a time to fight and where some had to die. Yes, the battle is the Lord’s and He shall give you the victory but you will pay a price if you obey and fight. When the OT saints fought, people died. Their price was their lives. Fathers, sons, brothers, and friends died in battle. What price are you willing to pay?

We all say we will die for the Lord but we can’t even give up our entertainment. We can’t even give up our TVs. We can’t give up our video games. We can’t give up a season of sports? We can’t give up our alcohol. We can’t give up our addictions. We can’t give up our gambling? We can’t even give 10% to the Lord? We can’t even give up the things of the world but yet we are professing that we can DIE FOR THE LORD? In the NT, what is to fight or battle? Do we need to go and physically fight our enemies? In the NT, Paul said the fight is not carnal but spiritual. Therefore, how are we to procure the victory that is already won? Our fight is done on our knees and in prayer. How are many of us really fighting the way the Lord requires? The Kingdom of God is taken by VIOLENCE and Zeal through prayer and authority!

Most of us just complain and look for the easy way out. We want someone else to do the praying for us. We want someone else to do the battle for us. Most of us rather watch TV and vegetate rather than offer up the sacrifice we need on His altar. Where is our sacrifice? Where is the sacrifice of ourselves for your family, friends, and even our enemies!!

Matthew 11:12 (AMP) And from the days of John the Baptist until the present time, the kingdom of heaven has endured violent assault, and violent men seize it by force [as a precious prize–a [a]share in the heavenly kingdom is sought with most ardent zeal and intense exertion].

Where is the fragrance of our sacrifice?!! Where is the death of our flesh? Are we crucified with Christ dead to ourselves? Psalm 116:15(AMP) Precious (important and no light matter) in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints (His loving ones). How many of us are lifting our family, brethren, and family in prayer? How many of us are really loving them by spending the TIME required to pray for them? Do you not know your fervent persistent prayers may be the determining point of their salvation? Just as Moses when his hands were held up, the enemy were driven back! But when his hands became tired and lowered, the enemy grew strong. Then Aaron and Hur came to help lift Moses arms/hands up to achieve final victory as promised by the Lord. Lift up your loved ones in fervent prayers for the Lord is your Banner!

Exodus 17:8-15 (AMP)Then came Amalek [descendants of Esau] and fought with Israel at Rephidim.9And Moses said to Joshua, Choose us out men and go out, fight with Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in my hand.10So Joshua did as Moses said and fought with Amalek; and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the hilltop.11 When Moses held up his hand, Israel prevailed; and when he lowered his hand, Amalek prevailed.12But Moses’ hands were heavy and grew weary. So [the other men] took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Then Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side and one on the other side; so his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.13And Joshua mowed down and disabled Amalek and his people with the sword.14And the Lord said to Moses, Write this for a memorial in the book and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under the heavens.15And Moses built an altar and called the name of it, The Lord is my Banner;

We are called to pray for one another! Where is the hunger to pray? Where is the hunger to do the Father’s will and for the souls of His children? Where is the hunger to forsake the pleasures of the world and to dig into the fox holes of this spiritual war and fight until the Lord’s return? Where is the hunger to die to oneself? Where is the hunger to see your loved ones forgiven and healed of their diseases? Where is the hunger to pay the price to follow HIM? Let us buy refined gold from HIM desiring to be tested in the fire.

Revelation 3:18-21 (AMP) Therefore I counsel you to purchase from Me gold refined and tested by fire, that you may be [truly] wealthy, and white clothes to clothe you and to keep the shame of your nudity from being seen, and salve to put on your eyes, that you may see.19 Those whom I [dearly and tenderly] love, I tell their faults and convict and convince and reprove and chasten [I discipline and instruct them]. So be enthusiastic and in earnest and burning with zeal and repent [changing your mind and attitude]. 20Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears and listens to and heeds My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will eat with him, and he [will eat] with Me. 21 He who overcomes (is victorious), I will grant him to sit beside Me on My throne, as I Myself overcame (was victorious) and sat down beside My Father on His throne.

Jesus has given us the authority and keys to the Kingdom of heaven! Let us walk in the divine calling as the children of the Most High. Rise up children of the MOST HIGH, rise up, repent and consecrate yourselves unto HIM and let His Glory rise among you. Make the choice to FULLY Surrender to HIM forsaking the love of the world. He is coming! Return to HIM for many of you have no idea you have fallen so far away as evident in your lives. Return to your First LOVE.

Love must endure to the end

In our prayers last night, the Lord said, if you Love Him, you will not quit but cling on to Him until the very end. Many are angry and offended at Him because they have not yet received their promises or breakthroughs as promised by Him. But He said they are not necessarily delayed but time is required to cleanse you. Either let His Fire finish the work or you can run because the heat is too intense. If one runs, it just delays the process.

Time is also used to test you. We will all be tested throughout our lives. Brethren, I beseech you to draw close to HIM now while many of you are in your comfort for dark and difficult days are rapidly approaching us. He has told us that He must allow it to become darker so His Light will shine brigher. Many of His people today are lukewarm and they can only see gray right now.

He said that True Love endures to the very end. You must cling onto Him for dear life. Love does not leave. Love does not quit. Love does not throw in the towel. Love will sacrifice and die if necessary. Love will finish. Love does not forsake.

2 Chronicles 15:2(AMP) And he went out to meet Asa and said to him, Hear me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin: the Lord is with you while you are with Him. If you seek Him [inquiring for and of Him, craving Him as your soul’s first necessity], He will be found by you; but if you [become indifferent and] forsake Him, He will forsake you.

Many can say they love the Lord and even to one another. But your love must be proved through life as you go through your trials and tribulations. We suffer to learn obedience. We can either go through our wildernesses praising or complaining to Him. We can either make it to the promise land or die in our wildernesses.

Hebrews 5:8 (AMP) Although He was a Son, He learned [active, special] obedience through what He suffered

Mark 4:37-38 (AMP)And a furious storm of wind [[a]of hurricane proportions] arose, and the waves kept beating into the boat, so that it was already becoming filled.38But He [Himself] was in the stern [of the boat], asleep on the [leather] cushion; and they awoke Him and said to Him, Master, do You not care that we are perishing?

If we are immature baby Christians, we will generally cry out to the Lord like the disciples did on the boat out of fear. “Do you not care that we are perishing?” I am sure many of us have shouted that to the Lord, “Do you not care!!”

But the Lord replied in verse 40,  “He said to them, Why are you so timid and fearful? How is it that you have no faith (no [s]firmly relying trust)?”

Faith is not something that just appears out of thin air. Faith is not just an emotion or a thought. If faith can start like the size of a musturd seed which can move a mountain, then faith must be planted and grown. Faith is something we learn through our experiences and it grows and builds confidence as we learn God comes through in the mist of our storms.

If we have not experienced or learned how God comes through for us, it is difficult to trust what we have not experienced. The disciples had already knew such a storm was dangerous and reacted in negative faith which resulted in fear. They had experienced many storms. How many times had they experienced the Lord calming the storm and seas? If they had experienced the Lord calming the seas before, they would be more confident knowing they can trust in the Lord as the storm got stronger.

How are we to learn to trust the Lord if we are not put in situations to lean on Him experiencing and watching Him come through? Many times, His people do not stick around long enough for their prayers to be answered. Our cultures are a breeding ground countermeasuring the fruit of the Holy Spirit. We must learn patience and long suffering. We must learn eternal patience and eternal long suffering. We must understand His time and how He works in our lives not the other way around.

We can be like a spiritual child throwing a tantrum as a child does in a store wanting a toy or we can learn patience asking in obedience. When we do not get the things we want or in the time we desire, the basic question is are we going to get mad and quit on God or will we continue to humble ourselves and wait until He says we are ready? True Love waits and continues. It is not about our time but His time. Do NOT lose your JOY for that is your strength in the Lord. If He says soon to you, you must understand the word “soon” in the context of eternal or infinte soon and not in our finite time of soon.

Persevere and endure in all things. Yes, He is returning for you but you must hold on to the end!!
Matthew 10:22 (AMP) And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake, but he who perseveres and endures to the end will be saved [[a]from spiritual disease and death in the world to come].

Hebrews 3:8-13 (AMP) Do not harden your hearts, as [happened] in the rebellion [of Israel] and their provocation and [a]embitterment [of Me] in the day of testing in the wilderness,9Where your fathers tried [My patience] and tested [My forbearance] and [b]found I stood their test, and they saw My works for forty years.10And so I was provoked (displeased and sorely grieved) with that generation, and said, They always err and are led astray in their hearts, and they have not perceived or recognized My ways and become progressively better and more experimentally and intimately acquainted with them.11 Accordingly, I swore in My wrath and indignation, They shall not enter into My rest.12 [Therefore beware] brethren, take care, lest there be in any one of you a wicked, unbelieving heart [which refuses to cleave to, trust in, and rely on Him], leading you to turn away and desert or stand aloof from the living God.13 But instead warn (admonish, urge, and encourage) one another every day, as long as it is called Today, that none of you may be hardened [into settled rebellion] by the deceitfulness of sin [by the fraudulence, the stratagem, the trickery which the delusive glamor of his sin may play on him].

“THE LORD LOOKED AT ME AND ASKED, WHY AREN’T YOU DOING ANYTHING?”

“THE LORD LOOKED AT ME AND ASKED, WHY AREN’T YOU DOING ANYTHING?”
A word concerning the Lost and Hell
The following is something I experienced
Jan. 28th, 2000 / 8:15 pm

THE WHITE THRONE
I saw the Lord sitting on a large white throne. A long long line of people were gathered before Him. I was standing to the side observing all of this. I was bewildered by the fact that all of these people had no faces. Where their face should have been, there was just a blank. Each time a person came before the Lord, He would open up a book and read out of it all the things this person had done.

EACH PERSON BEGAN TO SCREAM

Everything was recorded; and the Lord read the whole book from beginning to end. Every person in this particular line was being judged, and condemned to hell. Each time the Lord would tell each person they were condemned, the person would begin to scream, and cry, and beg the Lord for just one more chance. The Lord had tears rolling down His own cheeks, but would shake His head, telling each person they had had plenty of opportunities to repent and live for Him. This went on for quite some time.

Finally, the Lord looked over at me, and asked me, “Why aren’t you doing anything?” I was confused. “What would you have me to do, Lord?” I replied. “Pray,” the Lord replied.

So, I began to pray, but not really with any fervency. After a short time of this, the Lord turned to me with concern and said, “Look at these people. Really look at them.” As I did so, their faces came into focus. They became people I knew vaguely. They were acquaintances. I began to pray a bit more fervently for them. After a time, the Lord turned to me again with stronger sternness, and said, “Look at these people once again.” Now the people became friends.

PRAY HARDER

“You must pray harder, ” the Lord admonished me. I began to pray a bit harder. But still, the long line of people would come before the Lord, He would read them their life’s story from their own personal book, and then be condemned. Once again the Lord turned to me, this time in anger. He was still weeping over the souls who were being condemned.

“Do you really understand and comprehend what is happening here?” the Lord asked me. “Behold !!” Then, a hole opened up behind the long line of people. I glanced towards the hole. There was an awful darkness coming from it. I heard screams, and shouts, and wails, and moans coming from the hole. “Go and look,” the Lord commanded me. I didn’t want to. I was scared, but it was as if a hand were at my back forcing me to the edge of this black hole.

When I reached the edge of this black hole, I glanced down in it. Then, I drew back in terror and horror. I could see down the black hole. It appeared to be a long, descending tunnel.

THERE WERE FLAMES

I could see a seething, roiling mass of people at the bottom of this hole. They were so crowded together they appeared to have no space between them at all. There were flames, and a red orange glow coming from the bottom of this black hole. I smelled sulfur (like matches). I saw fire and flames. I felt the intense heat of the fire. I saw maggots crawling all over the bodies of the people at the bottom of the black hole. The people were on fire, yet were not being consumed by the fire. But, they were screaming out in agony and pain from the fire. They were looking up towards the opening of the black hole. Their hands and arms were raised upwards.

They were shifting and moving restlessly like huge waves. And they were screaming. Screaming for deliverance, for mercy. But there was no mercy. There was no deliverance. I drew back from the edge of the black hole in terror and horror and despair.

THERE WERE ALL GOING TO BE CONDEMNED

I turned back towards the Lord sitting on His throne. He was still reading from the books. Now I saw a large, endless stack of books piled next to His throne. And I knew that every one of the people who those books were written about, were going to be condemned. I looked at the long, endless line of people gathered before the Lord, waiting to be judged.

Now, I saw every face clearly. They were my friends, my family, my relatives. And they were being condemned.

I WAS BESIDE MYSELF!!

And I saw them being cast into the black hole, and I heard them as they screamed as they fell down the long tunnel. The Lord turned to me, with tears streaming down His cheeks, and said, “Now pray.” I began to weep and scream out to God to have mercy on these people. As each person was condemned, I ran to the edge of the black hole and tried to pull them back out of the black hole. I would grab their hands and arms, and try to hold onto them. But they would slip from my grasp. I was beside myself, trying desperately to keep these people I loved from going down the black hole.

“LET GO, THE LORD TOLD ME!”

I reached out and grasped onto the Lord, then reached down with my other arm into the black hole to try and grab people out of the black hole. “Let go,” the Lord told me. “If I let go of you, I’ll go into the hole myself,” I protested. “Let go,” the Lord said again. I let go. It was as if unseen hands were holding onto me. I laid down next to the edge of the black hole, reached down inside of it, trying to grab hold of and grasp onto the people who were falling down into the black hole. I felt like I myself was being burned from the fire and the flames. At times, I felt as if “claws” reached out from the black hole and struck at me. I felt burns on my arms, and saw scratches appear on my arms. I was weeping, and calling out to God for the deliverance of these, my loved ones. I was begging God to have mercy on my loved ones, and to not condemn them to the black hole.

“It’s easier to pray for the lost when they are your own loved ones,” the Lord said to me. “Remember, all the lost are My loved ones. I want My children to begin to pray for these, My lost children, as you are praying for them now. I would raise up a generation of intercessors to stand in the gap for My lost children. These intercessors will feel the heat of the battle, and be burned by it. The forces of hell will come against them, and attack them. Yet, I will be with them, and will hold onto them.

Now will you pray?”

~~ Hollie L. Moody

You shall love your neighbor as yourself

JESUS said, “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; even as I have loved you, that you also love one another.”

In my prayer, I have asked God, “Daddy, teach me on how to love others.” I’ve told Him that I don’t know how to love others the way I love myself. I’ve asked Him to give me the same heart of Jesus because Jesus loves everyone. I’ve told Him that I only love myself, my family and my friends and I feel like I don’t have the heart to care for others, to care for those whom I do not know and to those who are being lost.

I asked myself, “How can I say that I love my Daddy God if I can’t love my neighbor? If I can’t love my neighbor whom I have seen, how can I say that I love Daddy God whom I have never seen?”

Never do I know that Daddy God is teaching me to love in my day to day experiences. I am not aware of it. So when I failed, He revealed it to me while I was praying. He said, “You have asked Me to teach you on how to love others but now you are giving up in helping your friend?”  His words strike me in my heart and He continued to show me visions. He showed me my dream before, a flashback of my journey on the narrow road, He asked me, “Child, if you have seen someone on the road, on your journey, and he is having difficulty in carrying his load, will you ever stop and help him? And let us say that you stop but after lending a hand, he speaks bad words or hurt you, will you still continue to help him? Or will you left him behind and go on with your journey? While I was silenced by this, He made me remember the story of the Good Samaritan.

Luke 10:30-37 Jesus answered, “A certain man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he fell among robbers, who both stripped him and beat him, and departed, leaving him half dead. By chance a certain priest was going down that way. When he saw him, he passed by on the other side.  In the same way a Levite also, when he came to the place, and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a certain Samaritan, as he traveled, came where he was. When he saw him, he was moved with compassion, came to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. He set him on his own animal, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him. On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, and gave them to the host, and said to him, ‘Take care of him. Whatever you spend beyond that, I will repay you when I return.’ Now which of these three do you think seemed to be a neighbor to him who fell among the robbers?” He said, “He who showed mercy on him.” Then Jesus said to him, “Go and do likewise.”

What does it mean to love our neighbor? And who is our neighbor? A neighbor is someone who is near-by wherever you are. I have learned from Daddy that we must prove our love in action. We must be like the Good Samaritan who stopped by and helped the wounded man while he is in his journey. I have learned from Daddy that when we truly love our neighbor, we must be willing to sacrifice; we must be willing to set aside our own feelings of hurt and bitterness. Even that person hurt us (be it by words or by deed) we must still help him with love. Many of us when we are being offended by others, we stop helping them, we stop praying for them. We use our bitter feelings to justify that they do not deserve our help. Daddy said that we must set aside our own feelings and we should not allow this to reign in order for us to help others. Even if they do not appreciate us, or respond to our love, we must still show our love for them.

“Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.” 1 John 3:18

“He who does not love does not know God; for God is love.”

Daddy God also showed me a cup that overflows with water and another cup that is half empty. I asked Him what it means and He told me that the cup that overflows with water is like a person who is overflowing with His love. He said that when a person’s heart is filled with His love, that person cannot help but to love others. That person will always share God’s love to others because he is filled with love and cannot contain that love so he shares it to others. While the other cup which is half empty, is a person who lacks God’s love. That person cannot give love to others because he is not filled with God’s love. He is afraid to lose what’s left of him. So he ought to love himself alone. Daddy said that when we are the half empty cup, we can never be full unless we learn to give what we have. The one who gives will be given more. The one who loves will be loved by God.

After this, Daddy God showed me many people who are in line, each one holding a cup, and there is a large gallon of water. When their cup is filled, they go and give the cup filled with water to other people whom I think is thirsty.

Beloved, let us love one another; for love is of God, and he who loves is born of God and knows God.”

Daddy God said that we are one Body. His Church is one Body so we must always help and care for each other. The eyes are intended to see, so if the eyes can see, the eyes must tell the other parts what he had seen. If the ears can hear, the ears must share what he heard. If one foot is being hurt, the hands should take care of the foot. We must work all together and help each other. Many of us choose only the people that we are going to help. We must help other people specially those who are being lost. We must have the heart of Jesus that is willing to leave the 99 sheep in order to find the one who is lost.

“So we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.” Romans 12:5

If we really love our neighbor, then we must pray for them. The greatest thing that we can do for our neighbor aside from giving them a hand is to seriously pray for them. We must pray for the people that we meet every day.

“Let brotherly love continue. Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertained angels.” Hebrews 13:1-2
